Falko Braun

With over two decades of experience in IT, project management, and process optimization, Falko Braun accompanies companies through complex changes. He has developed solutions for public administrations, the financial services industry, and numerous other areas. His strength: Conveying technology understandably and connecting systems with people.

During his career, he began to critically question the role of IT and software applications – especially the connection to business requirements and the impact on people and their work. This led to an approach of holistic consideration of software, people, and processes: from motivation and decision-making through software and process structures to introduction, ensuring acceptance and actual benefit.

In various leadership positions, he has controlled complex processes and data flows as well as led successful implementations of ERP, eCommerce, and PLM systems. Communication skills, organizational talent, and the ability to convey complex matters understandably characterize his work. A special focus is on the strategic integration of artificial intelligence into business processes – a topic he dedicates himself to intensively and continuously.

His academic activities as a member of the MBA Business Advisory Board of the European Business School enable him to exchange with science and practice at the highest level. In his consulting and mentoring work with students, he focuses on personality development and helps international students successfully enter the German labor market.

How does your consulting differ from classic management consulting?

Our "Integrative Consulting" relies on a holistic and people-centered approach that equally considers technological and interpersonal aspects in change projects. Unlike many IT or process consultancies, the focus is not only on systems but also on the needs and dynamics of the people in the company. This creates sustainable solutions that actually arrive in everyday work and find acceptance.

Do I have to expect long, cost-intensive projects as a client?

No. Our consulting projects are deliberately designed to be temporary and end with the achieved objective. We deliberately do not pursue an approach that aims for permanent external dependency. This keeps costs controllable, and follow-up projects are only agreed upon individually if there is actual need.

Can you also accompany digital transformations and AI projects if my team has little IT experience?

Absolutely. The combination of long-standing IT expertise with the ability to convey complex technical topics understandably for departments is one of our great strengths. We moderate between IT, management, departments, and external service providers so that all parties feel safely and competently accompanied – especially in AI initiatives.

What if my staff views the changes critically?

We involve the affected employees early on, analyze fears or resistances, and offer targeted training or coaching. The goal is not to advise against resistance, but to actively promote motivation and acceptance for new processes and solutions. We consider this a key factor for successful projects.
